It requires the individual to exceed the customer’s expectations and to always make the customer happy while not jeopardizing the company. Company Specific: Quality service within a company could be defined as putting your fellow colleague’s needs before your own to ensure that they are able to work smoothly in their workplace.

Sandi has been with STAT for more than 11 years and is the backbone of the company’s operations team. Her organizational skills are unrivaled. She juggles hundreds of emails and phone calls a day from clients and staff, never missing a beat. She is dedicated, tenacious and loyal.

Sandi exemplifies “Service Before Self” in everything she does. She is always committed to do what is right for our company and our clients. Whether it be 10 am or 10 pm, if you need something, Sandi will jump right in and help. Our coordinators have always been able to reach out to her for assistance and help with anything they may be facing. In fact, Sandi exemplifies all of our core values and we can’t say enough about the positive impact she’s had.
