It requires the individual to exceed the customer’s expectations and to always make the customer happy while not jeopardizing the company. Company Specific: Quality service within a company could be defined as putting your fellow colleague’s needs before your own to ensure that they are able to work smoothly in their workplace.
Melissa Anderson
Melissa serves as STAT’s Sales Manager and brings in over 10 years of account management experience to the STAT team. We are recognizing her for her “Service Before Self” work ethic. Melissa is the primary point of contact for anything sales related. She is able to answer questions and assess needs for those in need of STAT’s services. Her compassion, drive, and professionalism when speaking with potential clients and STAT Coordinators make her an invaluable member of the STAT team. She puts the needs of others before herself and it shows in her work. She goes above and beyond what is expected of her and the STAT team appreciates it!
