Client Specific: Quality customer service work requires the individual to put themselves in the customer’s shoes. It requires the individual to exceed the customer’s expectations and to always make the customer happy while not jeopardizing the company. Company Specific: Quality service within a company could be defined as putting your fellow colleague’s needs before your own to ensure that they are able to work smoothly in their workplace.
Troy Conley
This month we are recognizing Troy for his “Service Before Self.” Troy joined STAT MedCare in 2016 and has over 5 years of healthcare credentialing, billing, coding, provider enrollment and IT services experience. In addition to his extensive experience, he is also very detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and helpful to his clients as well as fellow STAT colleagues. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and riding motorcycles.
He personifies “Service Before Self” because of his excellent customer service skills. STAT strives to be a highly communicative credentialing team so we are excited that Troy holds this characteristic.
