It requires the individual to exceed the customer’s expectations and to always make the customer happy while not jeopardizing the company. Company Specific: Quality service within a company could be defined as putting your fellow colleague’s needs before your own to ensure that they are able to work smoothly in their workplace.
As a Team Lead for STAT MedCare, LLC, Kamisa exemplifies the characteristics of “Service Before Self.” Kamisa spends quality time with all of the coordinators under her supervision to ensure that all of her team’s clients are treated professionally and that they receive excellent service. In fact, she makes sure that all her specialists and clients are well taken care of before herself.
Kamisa also takes the necessary steps to mentor the specialists under her watch to further their careers, expertise, etc. She is one of the most effective and productive managers at STAT, putting in 110% every day in all that she does.
